All inclusive Books for Your Library
In the crazy world of parenting, work, relationships and just life in general, it can be overwhelming to think about what our children are reading, or more importantly, what they are being taught through their books. How can you know if they are inclusive? Do the books teach diversity and acceptance? Are my children receiving the right message? Well I've compiled a list of books to have in your child's library that teach important messages while gearing toward their ages. Most of the books below are for the preschool - grade three age range; one or two are geared toward older children and teenagers. Please keep in mind these are novels I have read, investigated myself and support the messages involved! With sexual identity, disability and cultural differences being addressed and supported. Hopefully this list encourages you to add some of the titles to your own bookshelf!
We'd like to thank all our readers and followers who have checked out our site. We are grateful to all who reach out to us as well, to let us know how we have helped them in their journeys. we are all in this together. :)
